A V Slides

Back in the early 1990s Audio Visual slides were all the rage and these were good times for any cartoonist who managed to tap into this market. Before computers took over later on no speaker at a conference could do without a few quick visuals to back up his talk, and cartoons were frequently used. Some of the jobs could be huge with 50 or more cartoons needed at a time, and always it seemed at the last minute.
I remember having a book published of my cricket drawings around this time and I remember I earnt more money from a large AV job for a City firm than I did my book.
Andrew Gifford a freelance journalist wanted a few visuals to go with a speech he was giving, so it brought back many memories of those bygone days for me to being doing AV drawings again.
